Helpdesk Engineer Job Description – our client is in need of 11 Help Desk Engineers to work with computers in different locations in the UK (locations listed below). They need someone who will be capable of preparing computers for computer-based exams.

The Helpdesk Engineer Job is to set up the computers and connect them to the internet for the exam as well as make sure the computers are running smoothly and if anything goes wrong to provide them with spares.

Helpdesk Engineer - Job Description - Freelance Position Located In UK

Mission description

The Exams will take place from 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:00, however, you will be needed a half-hour before and after each exam to make sure all computers are set up and running smoothly before the exam starts.

The duration of this job will be from March 2nd to March 6th, however, you will need to make yourself available from the 29th of February to the 7th of March. The job will be active every three months, therefore if interested in a casual part-time job, this may be a great opportunity for you!

  • Please be aware that training will be given to the successful candidates!

Requirements:

  • Must be located in UK
  • Must have experience working with computers
  • Must be available from the 29th of February till the 7th of March
