What we expect from you

Key tasks and responsibilities We are looking for Medior/ Senior Project Manager to join our project management team in Project Management CEE AT department. First of all we expect that each project manager is the main responsible person for entrusted set of projects. This means that he/ she will be leading teams across Europe and will be delivering projects to CEE countries. This requires to manage the whole project delivery cycle from initiation, planning through monitoring, reporting and finally delivering and managing post go live support. In detail we expect from the candidate to handle following tasks:

  • To learn and adhere to UniCredit Services processes and policies
  • To plan, monitor and report status of entrusted projects to different reporting lines: to Unicredit Services management, to UniCredit banks management and to UniCredit group management
  • To maintain issue and risk logs, take proactive actions to prevent issues to happen, escalate in time to managers items, which cannot be solved by PM him/herself
  • To coordinate solutions of any critical issues (especially from UAT and production)
  • To be a first instance to solve escalations from internal team members, vendors or customers
  • To manage external vendors and their sub-deliveries to Unicredit Services
  • To closely cooperate with other teams from business line (Factories, BRMs, Industrial Cost Planning, etc.)
  • To plan and manage budget, prepare requested reports
  • To support more program leaders in complex initiatives as stream owner
  • To learn new things, participate in project management trainings
  • To be professional under any circumstances

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven experience in IT project management of small to medium scale IT projects
  • Experience with IT program / portfolio management is an advantage
  • Ability to represent a project in front of top management and steering committees
  • Understanding of banking environment is an advantage, and more specifically experience in managing projects for digital channels
  • Basic understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • Project management certification is advantage (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Knowledge of agile principles, tools (e.g. JIRA) and practical experience is welcomed
