Federal Mogul is looking for a CRM Project Manager/Business Analyst to be responsible for working with internal and external resources to define requirements, plan, execute and finalize solutions for a Sales CRM system. The candidate will establish milestones, coordinate efforts between the Sales team and the implementation partner in order to effectively and efficiently deliver according to plan.

The position is will be responsible for providing expert advice by gaining a solid understanding of customers need and SAP CRM solutions.
The position requires an individual who enjoys working in and delivering within a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing environment. A positive attitude towards continuous improvement must be combined with a high degree of drive and enthusiasm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating activities required to implement the use of Off the Shelf application, roll-out new functionality and further integrate with other business systems
  • Track overall project progress and report status and any issues to management and project team members
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and system users
  • Coordinating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams which help define and verify process needs and workflow design
  • Working with end users to improve existing business process workflows
  • Creating visual modeling or diagramming of the current and proposed workflows
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures in an effort to streamline and increase efficiency
  • Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Working with leadership to create reports necessary to better manage teams
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with third party vendors. Complete activities such as scheduling meetings, troubleshooting system workflow issues, reporting product anomalies and recommending software enhancements
  • Monitor application upgrade release notes. Notify applicable team members of application changes as a result of upgrades and complete training if necessary
  • Train all impacted users when new functionality is rolled out
  • Troubleshoot system and software when problems arise. Proven track record of leadership, decision-making and ability to concurrently manage multiple priorities
  • High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion, excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision making skills; and strong customer-service skills
  • Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in the conjunction with CRM users, department managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee project budget and project plan to ensure on-time completion while adhering to outlined costs and expenses
  • Document process, configuration, and user instructions
  • Projects Governance and Coordination
  • Lead blueprinting and implementation efforts
  • Supervise, coordinate and manage System Integrators engaged for implementations
  • Control the maintenance of the system does not drive to derivation out of the defined process & solution design
  • Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located throughout the world
  • Ability to travel internationally – up to 10%

Essential Skills:

  • Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
  • Experience working with a very formal change control process
  • Ability to review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development
  • Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model
  • Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located throughout the world
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability expand technical knowledge to learn how configuration of the CRM application

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leader with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
  • Experience with CRM deployments and support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive in presenting complex data and concepts to groups
  • SAP experience
  • Prior experience with configuring CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
