What does the Technical Test consist of?

• SkillValue Skill Tests are single-choice quizzes.
• The objective is to verify that a candidate has a minimum of theoretical knowledge and professional experience on the subject in which the specific test focuses on.
• This test does not replace a practical coding test or a technical interview but is the perfect choice to assess skills across a large number of developers.
• Each question has between 1 to 3 lines of text, but can extend up to 15 lines. Each question is also provided with 3 to 6 answer options.
• When the allotted time is reached, the test ends. The tests are automatically corrected and the results will be sent to the test takers email.

On a given technology or domain, there are multiple assessment levels :

• Beginner – used to assess skills for a developer claiming to have 1 – 2 year experience
• Intermediate – used to assess skills for a developer claiming to have 3 – 4 year experience
• Advanced – used to assess skills for a developer claiming to have 5+ year experience

Multiple test versions may be presented to reflect frameworks & language versions.
