Currently, our client is looking for a Delivery Manager, who will be the leader of the OS Teams and its main contact regarding this perimeter. He will be responsible for its proper functioning, for the quality of the services offered by the OS Teams at optimized costs.

Also, he will be in charge with the financial results of the center and with supervising the Application Managers of the OS Teams.

Job responsibilities:

SSC Steering:

  • Ensures the continuity of service for the clients of the SSC in his perimeter
  • Proposes and implements, once validated, process improvements
  • Organizes and leads the different committees
  • Ensures a good communication and relationship between the SSC and its clients
  • Reports to the SSC Manager;

Team Leader:

  • Fixes and evaluates the objectives of the Application Managers in his perimeter;
  • Contributes to career development of the Application Managers by making proposals to his Direction
  • Hires the new Application Managers and organizes their training

Activity Follow-up:

  • Supervises the Application Managers by coordinating their activity
  • Organizes the project committees together with the SSC Manager
  • Prioritizes the business demands when required
  • Is responsible of the respect of the KPI and the quality of the SSC production

Budget Follow-up:

  • Establishes and presents the financial review of his perimeter to the International Direction
  • Prepares the OS Team budget of the year to come
  • Proposes new investments to the International Direction
  • Follows and optimizes the costs

Essential skills:

  • Good knowledge of the organization and the objectives of a SSC
  • Significant experience in the outsourcing applications
  • Significant experience in team management
  • Significant experience in project follow-up
  • Experience with Reporting Techniques
  • Good knowledge of change management processes
  • Good knowledge of ITIL method and process

Other Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Leadership
  • Aptitude to communicate orally and in writing
  • Anticipation and reactivity
  • Capacity to argue / negotiate / decide
  • Ability to manage stress
  • Logical, critical, organized and rigorous
