Main responsibilities:

• Learn how to analyze a job description;
• Participate in drawing up the strategy of attracting candidates in a competitive market;
• Look for suitable candidates in the market based on Job Descriptions;
• Provide feedback to the candidates;
• Directly approach the candidates.

Who are you?

• Final year student/master’s degrees in Psychology / Social Science / Sociology or related fields;
• Communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of English – advanced / French is an advantage;
• Initiative and motivation to start a career in HR;
