Founded in, INVIBES ADVERTISING is an advanced technology company specialized in digital advertising. It has developed advertising solutions using an in-feed format built into media content. The principle is similar to social networks and it is optimized for dissemination in a closed network of media websites. Our clientele includes a large number of acclaimed companies: advertisers and media agencies.
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Work with existing ad/media network publishing partners
- Setup and managing ongoing communication with publishers and clients or agencies
- Identify new media network publishing partners & reviewing new potential offers and providing feedback
- Manage partner needs including, deal negotiations, reporting, scripts, and offer setup information
- Act as interface with operations, accounting, technology, and sales
- Maintain long-term business relationships with publishers and clients (agencies)
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of key site performance metrics (follow-up, manage change requests, facilitate solving of tech/business issues)
- Primary referent in all matters of reporting: in charge of launch and constant reports during the partnership
- In charge of respecting the deadlines set for every ongoing website
- Document clear customer specifications for timely campaign launch
- All campaigns to be launched just in time
- KPIs & customer objectives to be above market baseline and according to customer expectations, by follow-up of internal & external stats timely follow-up of technical issues
Skills:
- Very good French (C2) as it will work with customers & network members from each country
- A role with previous project management experience (or orders management)
- A structured approach, a healthy balance between client wishes and company interests
- Previous experience in digital advertising & good data analysis skills would be a big plus
- Deal negotiations is also nice to have
